To Cancel or Reschedule please reach out to host directly. No Refunds – Strict Policy for Guest and Host Security Please be advised that all payments made toward your retreat reservation are strictly non-refundable, under any circumstances. This policy is enforced to uphold the integrity of our retreat planning process and the sacred spaces we create. Funds are immediately allocated to secure your accommodations, ceremony materials, facilitators, site rentals, and other logistical costs that are prepaid and non-recoverable. By submitting payment and confirming your booking, you acknowledge and agree to this binding policy. This policy is in alignment with strict refund terms found in found proven and accurate to American Express, Visa, Mastercard, All debit cards, PayPal, Direct pay Applications such as; Venmo, Cashapp, Applepay, any most other participating Financial Institutions; for client rights under travel and event protocols, which uphold no-refund stipulations due to the immediate use of funds toward confirmed and paid services. Should a retreat be rescheduled or canceled by Sekhem Retreats due to unforeseen events or circumstances beyond our control (e.g. weather disruptions, acts of nature, or ceremonial safety protocols), your balance will remain fully valid and can be applied toward any future Sekhem Retreat of your choosing. There is no expiration date for the rescheduling of your reservation, allowing flexibility while honoring the sacred commitment made. This policy ensures security, transparency, and protection for all parties involved in this transformational work.
